To make this process simple for you, we offer a one-off 15 minute free-consultation. This is an opportunity to ask all the questions you may have and get an overall understanding of the sessions.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

1. Book a Free Introductory Session
You can do this either from the 'Book a Session' button on top of the page or from the 'Services' section above. After you pick a date and a time, you will receive a personalised link for the pre-set date and time you selected.

2. Our First Session
Here we can clear out any questions and doubts you may have as well as get to know each other.

3. If we decide to continue...
If we decide to continue to work together we will schedule another session (sessions are usually once a week or bi-weekly). In individual therapy this is us getting a better understanding of your background and the details of the area you want to address. In couples therapy, this section is divided between individual and group sessions to allow for both partners' backgrounds to be explored as well as their couple dynamic.

4. Progress in Session
The next few sessions may entail formulating and implementing a goals list we devise together.

5. Finishing up!
Now it's time to benefit from the newly learned skills and integrate them into your life.
